Lessons from the Hornbill

This guy was roosting peacefully 

I said, “Hi! Gimme some action,

 For the camera.”

He didn’t budge. 

“Hmm, stable-minded, aren’t we?

Maybe I should be more like you.”

Someone pokes and we spring to action,

Without a second thought. 

Time to refresh that I need to respond

Peacefully and not react
